Harbour Village Yacht Club

Club House is available for rent to club members and Olde Point residents only. Contact the Club House Rentals Coordinator for procedures and forms to request rental.

HVYC welcomes the interest of those who share our love of the water and the vision of those who formed our club. The point of contact for membership is the rear commodore, who can provide additional information about the club, as well as an application for membership.

Olde Point residents and HVYC members should contact Joe Rossi regarding access to the boat ramp. Jeanette Miller is the point of contact for members interested in boat storage.

The Harbour Village Yacht Club was founded in 1989, in Hampstead, NC. Our clubhouse is located at 2019 Kings Landing Road in the Olde Point subdivision, or you may visit us via the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway at Channel Marker 98. The club was formed to promote yachting, teach boating and sailing, and to promote social functions and friendship among yachtsmen. Today, our club is made up of 110 families who share equally in the equity of the club. The club owns a boat ramp, club house, large parking area, and a 25-slot boat and boat trailer storage lot for members.

The membership enjoys social activities all year round with an emphasis in summer on large boat cruises to points north and south that may be reached via the ICW, small boat raft-ups in local waters, fishing competitions, as well as dinner and dance activities at the club house. Friday evenings at the clubhouse are reserved for members to meet, dine, and socialize casually. Contact our rear commodore for more information about Harbour Village Yacht Club and the benefits of membership.
